The focus of Situ Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) has been to continually offer a leading M&E service portfolio. This portfolio now spans heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, plumbing, lighting, power, communications and security.

Significantly, we self-deliver a higher percentage of these bespoke services than most of our competitors, bringing the reassurance of tighter control.

Project Planning

Following meticulous project planning, we breathe life into new or refurbished buildings in the public and private sector. We have qualified personnel to support the complex operational needs of traditional construction site and base-build work at numerous UK locations.

Our focus is to always complete M&E contracts safley to the highest possible quality, from small re-wires to major projects (ranging from just under 50k to a little over £5m). Our capabilities extend from design & build and project management to prime contracting and green solutions.
